All rights for the use of the trademark are owned by “PharmBiotek” company and can be applied for preparations which have been made from substance of interferon alpha-2b manufactured by “PharmBiotek” only. There are several preparations made from the substance on pharmaceutical market of Ukraine in the present time. Scientific Production Company “PharmBiotek” supplies the substance to “Biopharma” to produce Laferon for injections (in dosages of 1, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 18 millions I.U. in ampoules),  Laferon^® intranasal and eye drops Ocoferon (1 000 000 I.U. in vials with Nipagin 0,1% solution as a solvent (in vials)).

Preparation Laferon^® co-manufactured by “Biolek” and Scientific Production Company “PharmBiotek” are well-known not only in Ukraine but also abroad. It is produced in dosages of 1, 3, 5 millions I.U. in easy-to-use ampoules with breaking ring, that gives convenience and safety while opening. Co-manufactured preparation Laferon passes quality control not only in “Biolek” (company which produces complete pharmaceutical form) but also in Quality Control Department of Scientific Production Company “PharmBiotek” (company which are product developer, producer of the substance, owner of the trademark and seller of the medicine (including export operations)). Preparation goes in stock of “PharmBiotek” after doubled control only. Complete preparation do always in stock in all dosages. “PharmBiotek” company guarantees its quality and regular supply in required quantity.

In 2004 “PharmBiotek” company began manufacturing of Laferon^® preparation using complete technological cycle, which includes biosynthesis, purification and production of complete pharmaceutical form of interferon as lyophilized powder in vials. It is packed in plastic cassettes with logotype of the company. Preparation is produced in the following dosages: 1, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 18 millions I.O. № 10, № 5, № 1 without a solvent and in a batch with the solvent (water for injection). To produce Laferon® “PharmBiotek” company uses the most advanced technologies and equipment, which complies with GMP requirements.
