To produce recombinant proteins we use technologies developed in scientific laboratories of “PharmBiotek”. Scientific works have been carried out starting with development of target gene design and until production of finished purified products. We developed systems for proteins biosynthesis, the obligatory component of which is phage lambda. At the heart of the technologies unique methods is used for production of biological active compounds in E.coli cells, which were developed by founders of the company and the methods are protected by the series of inventor's certificates and patents, including foreign ones (the technologies is protected more than in 140 countries of the World). 

This method not only provides with high yield of target protein but also ensures its accumulation directly in cultural medium in active soluble form, while in others high-yielding biosynthesis systems target product accumulates inside bacterial cells in the form of insoluble inactive aggregates. Therefore it is necessary not only to destruct cells to extract the target product in such systems, but also to convert proteins into an active form (properly folded molecules). This process is carried out in hard denaturizing conditions with the consequent renaturation of proteins. The procedures result in significant loss of the target product, and in the process of renaturation the recombinant protein molecules with incorrect conformation can be formed, which difficult to get rid of in the process of medicines purification.

There aren’t cell disintegration phases of producer’s culture, denaturation and renaturation of recombinant proteins in the systems of recombinant proteins production with the use of bacteriophage lambda.
